Shipping Information

We currently ship across the United States. Once your order is placed, it is usually processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days.

After shipping, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders going to remote areas may take slightly longer.

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight. You will see the exact shipping price at checkout before completing your purchase.

For bulk orders, feel free to contact us. We may be able to offer better shipping rates.

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos. We will arrange a replacement for you.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective item. In such cases, we will also cover the return shipping cost.
