You will receive a confirmation email right after you place your order. We will send another email when your item ships.

Payment Options

For large orders or custom pieces, contact us directly. We will send you an invoice. You can pay by card or bank transfer.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment goes through, we send you an order confirmation. It will include your order number, items purchased, and shipping address.

If you notice any mistake, email us within 12 hours. We will fix it before we pack your order.

Order Changes or Cancellation

Changed your mind? No problem.

You can cancel or change your order within 6 hours of placing it. Just email us quickly. After 6 hours, we may have already started packing. In that case, you will need to wait and return the item after it arrives.
